We are here to love our bodies, and part of loving your body is treating it well. Clean eating has been a passion of mine since I worked in Napa Valley in 2006 and discovered how great I feel inside and out when mindful about what I put into my body. More recently I spent a few months in Bali and immersed myself in the Raw Food Movement, all the while gaining a greater appreciation of how the food we eat can transform not only our bodies but our minds as well. Simply put, I don't believe in fad diets, quick fixes to weight loss, or obsessing over the scale. I believe in eating well to live well, and know that making small shifts can yield great strides toward a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. By being mindful about the quality of what you eat and introducing exercise into your life, you will see direct results. Your energy will soar, bloating will subside, and you will love how you look and feel in your body. It is not about the size of your jeans but rather the peace you feel when you treat your body well.
