Britta is passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutritious cuisine. She believes in using fresh, quality ingredients to prepare balanced meals. The meals are portion controlled and consist of a lean protein, whole grains and fresh vegetables.

Britta works with professional athletes and individuals working with personal trainers to obtain their fitness goals and are looking to get the maximum results but don’t have the time or the know-how to prepare healthy meals.

Her goal is to assist her clients in making healthier choices and to make them aware that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor or variety.
