We are passionate about self-care and self-awareness. As we strive to live more mindful and present lives, let’s explore how we can extend this practice to our plates and palate.
Our Mindful Dining experiences feature a delicious three-course, organic brunch or dinner during which guests explore what it means to eat mindfully, source the best quality ingredients + incorporate this healthful practice into their everyday life. During this interactive, educational event, we will share our From Root To Blossom philosophy + invite you to use your 5 senses, to take note of the appearance, aroma, textures, flavors, + sounds of your food.
Each experience is custom-curated and can feature a range of mindfulness practices ranging from meditation, sound bath, reiki and/or acupuncture. We are also happy to work with you to incorporate any other topic that suits your group’s interests.
